A collection of accessories made of upcycled
materials, accompanied by a zine publication.
Inspired by the vibrant queer techno scene and a dedication to sustainable fashion, each accessory is made from second hand item meant for a different purpose.
The resulting collection is a CD radio bag, 3 stainless steel cutlery rings, a single use vape torch, a shoelace headpiece, and 3 sweater sleeve mittens.
An accompanying zine publication illustrates each item and contextualizes the project.

Named after the keychain accessory worn by women of the 1800’s, Chatelaine means the (female) keeper of the castle; the one in power. It is an nod to women starting their own trends, and Alice’s French heritage.
